We had to request towels several times . The room was not stocked adequately, and we were constantly hunting for basic necessities. The service was disappointing. When I raised an issue with the billing confusion, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Courteous staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

There was something as fresh fruit missing.

Overall the service was excellent.

Had a blast with friends here! We loved walking to the Empire Theatre and checking out the Majestic Theatre. The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from the riverwalk. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a great start to our busy days.

One hiccup was that the cleanliness of the shower could have been better. We noticed some mold, a bit off-putting.

I am very disappointed with the hotel and booking. I booked our room sevral weeks in advance. I booked a room with two beds. I received a room with one bed. Was told to take it or leave it. We had two people that had to sleep on the floor. When I asked the manager, all she said was she could not do anything about it. I don"t beleive this will do anything to improve things, so really there is no reason that I should continue. If you want to really know how I feel, please call. The bottom line, I will not bring my family back there, nor will I recommend this hotel to any one. As matter of fact, I will let as many as I can know how bad the our experience with this hotel was.

See the information above. This was suppose to be a weekend for my wife, kids and I to get away and enjoy San Antonio. The one night stay at this hotel ruin our whole trip. We will not come back.

I loved the buffet in the morning and I thought it was a decent price for it. The parking attendants were very helpful and always provided service with a smile.

The suite was spacious and I loved the two tv's. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the mattress was a little hard. There needs to be a bigger parking lot if one can be built. It was confusing when you first get there and you dont know where to park because the lot is full.

Great location and comfy stay

Our fam got a Queen Suite for a quick getaway, and it was pretty spacious. Perfectly close to the riverwalk so we could stroll around easily! Breakfast had a ton of choices. Everyone found something they liked. But watch out for the confusing parking situation!

Family oriented...my kids enjoyed the pool and easy to locate as well.

Parking is not included, you have to pay $16 per day, breakfast not included, competitors offering breakfast and parking included in the same price.

I loved the spacious Queen Suite with plenty of room for my family. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the riverwalk. Breakfast had a great variety, keeping everyone happy. The pool was a nice spot to relax after our daily adventures 😊

I don't think the parking fees should have to be found in the fine print. $64 for 2 days!!!

I was very pleased with our stay. They have excellent helpful people working there.
